Confiserie Sprüngli, Zermatt
At the foot of the Matterhorn, a new gourmet hotspot has now arisen: The traditional Confiserie Sprüngli opened its first branch in Valais in May 2025 – right in the middle of Zermatt’s Bahnhofstrasse. On 52 m², the new store presents itself in an elegant architectural setting for the finest pralines, light and delicate Luxemburgerli and fresh chocolates. AICHINGER was able to supply the right refrigerated counters and the complete shop fitting for this project – tailor-made solutions that ideally showcase Sprüngli’s high-quality products and blend harmoniously into the stylish boutique design. A special highlight: the in-house Chocolathèque, where visitors can create their own personalized cracked chocolate – fresh and broken by hand on site. A specially designed chocolate bar in the shape of the Matterhorn also underlines the exclusive character of the store.
