AICHINGER GmbH, Wendelstein, has been recognized by the employer rating platform kununu as a Top Company 2025. Founded 120 years ago, the multi-specialist for shopfitting and refrigeration units ranks among the companies with the best working environment. Only five percent of the companies assessed are recognized each year. The company employs 500 people at its headquarters in Wendelstein and at its nine Competence Centers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
kununu is the leading employer comparison platform in the German-speaking world. It is used by five million users every month. AICHINGER is rated with 3.9 out of 5 points and is recommended in 90 percent of the reviews. The collegial interaction with each other and the respectful treatment of customers have been rated particularly positively. “We are delighted to receive this award. It confirms that our mission statement is actively practiced. The satisfaction of our employees is the basis for the company’s success,” says Annika Pfeifer, Head of Human Resources at AICHINGER.
According to a survey conducted by Bitkom in 2023, an employer’s review has a significant influence on whether qualified candidates even consider applying for a job. One in eight employees who are planning to change jobs say that reviews and ratings influence their decision.
46 percent of those surveyed feel that positive reviews have encouraged them to choose a particular company. 54 percent of respondents decide against applying to a company if the ratings and reviews have been negative.

The shopfittings, service counters and refrigerated cabinets are manufactured by experienced experts on a production area of around 30,000 square meters in accordance with customer specifications and installed on schedule.
