Honest Kebab – Successful start for new kebab concept in Hamburg’s Europapassage!
At a central location in Hamburg’s Europapassage, YouTuber and food influencer Holger Schwietering (known as Holle21614) opened his first Honest Kebab store at the beginning of April 2025. On around 63 square metres, he presents a modern kebab concept that is known for its quality, transparency and sustainability. He relied on AICHINGER‘s expertise for the realisation of the first location. Together, they implemented a concept that not only meets the high functional requirements, but is also visually impressive: with a sophisticated design, high-quality materials and a customer-friendly layout that meets the brand’s modern gastronomic standards.
