AICHINGER honoured with the German Brand Award
AICHINGER receives Marketing Award for outstanding brand management
AICHINGER has been named winner of the German Brand Institute’s German Brand Award 2022 in the category Excellent Brands Trade/Retail/ e-Commerce. This is in recognition of the successful brand management of the multi-specialist for shop design and refrigerated display cases. The award will be presented on 9 June in Berlin.
“We are incredibly pleased about the award. It is both a confirmation and an incentive for our consistent brand management as one of the leading companies in the industry,” emphasises Sebastian Holzberger, Head of Marketing of the AICHINGER Group. And he continues: “The brand describes what a company stands for. Our brand presence is therefore based on all the values that make AICHINGER so special and unique.”
The entries are evaluated according to the criteria of independence and brand typicity, brand perception, distinction from the competition and target group relevance. Successful brand management takes into account aspects such as sustainability, degree of innovation, continuity and future viability. Factors such as design quality of the brand appearance, homogeneity of the brand experience and the economic success are evaluated.
The award is presented by the German Brand Institute Foundation. This was established jointly by the German Design Council and GMK Markenberatung. Founded in 1953 at the request of the Bundestag, the German Design Council today represents the international design and brand world in Germany and supports the business community in all design and brand concerns. With the German Brand Award, the institute presents one of the most important awards for German brands. The aim is to strengthen the importance of the brand as a decisive success factor for companies in the national and international competitive environment.
