Change of leadership at AICHINGER: After more than 25 years, Günter Muth (65 years old) hands over the sales management of fresh food sector to Christian Milk (43 years old) on March 1, 2023 and retires. “Günter Muth has been the face of AICHINGER on site. With his energy and empathy, he has contributed significantly to AICHINGER‘s success over the past quarter century. He is not only a contemporary witness of the dynamic developments in shopfitting, but a defining co-shaper of this industry,” Dr. Oliver Blank, Managing Director of AICHINGER GmbH, pays tribute to Günter Muth. And: “I am pleased that Christian Milk is about to continue the success story.”
The requirements in shopfitting have changed greatly over the past 25 years, but Günter Muth’s enthusiasm for the industry has remained. The man of action has put people at the center, created a network of experts and become an advisor and friend to many.
The sales career of the master chef started at Wescho Ladenbau in 1987. In 1997, Günter Muth moved to Maier+Pistor Ladenbau. From 1998 Günter Muth has been in charge of sales at AICHINGER. Together with his team, he has developed AICHINGER into a strong partner for food retailers and the bakery and butchery trade.
During this time, numerous developments, concepts and ideas were introduced by AICHINGER. He also contributed his gastronomic expertise to the development of serving and presentation modules for snacks and hot meals and as a member of the Verein Freunde des Snacks (Friends of Snacks Association).
“In Christian Milk, we have gained a top personality for the challenging task. In the past three years as Sales Manager for the North, Central and West regions, he has proven his extraordinary technical expertise and a high degree of future orientation,” Günter Muth says of his successor. Christian Milk has been working as a concept and furnishing consultant in sales for AICHINGER since 2017. The master butcher and business economist previously held a managerial position in the family business for eight years.
