Ruch Bakery, Göttingen
A unique ambience and natural furnishings – this is what characterizes the mannamia cafeterias of the Ruch Bakery. During the conversion of the mannamia branch in Göttingen, AICHINGER was able to actively support the family business. The foundation for the project was a comprehensive site and target group analysis, for which we brought on board the Brand & Retail experts from Gruppe Nymphenburg.What makes this so special: The analysis provides detailed insights into the customer groups and target audiences present at the location of Feinbäckerei Ruch. The insights gained were translated by Gruppe Nymphenburg into conceptual cornerstones for elements such as store format, look & feel, and spatial layout – which we then implemented from creative and functional shop design to final realization. Since coziness and naturalness are key features of all mannamia locations, only authentic materials such as solid wood and granite were used. Light wood tones and soft shades of green give the cafeteria a welcoming feel, while customized interior solutions create distinctive highlights. A real eye-catcher are the specially designed walls – also a tribute to the film city of Göttingen.
